Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Bangor, ME is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to win new business, grow accounts, and help customers find the right HVACR solutions. This role offers autonomy in the field and strong earning potential.

You will identify opportunities, manage a robust CRM pipeline, travel regularly to customer sites, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, and marketing to support growth. A couple of years in sales and excellent communication are expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and business software.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Present products and solutions; negotiate pricing and close opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and manage CRM activity.
• Attend trade shows and events; stay informed on market trends and customer needs.
