Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners on heating, cooling, and ventilation options. You will analyze needs, present solutions, and coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, satisfying experience from start to finish.

This role emphasizes consultative sales, energy efficiency, and customer service. You will participate in weekly meetings, pursue lead generation, and may travel to events.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable using tablets, software, and basic business tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of passing a background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners on HVAC replacement and comfort solutions.
• Present clear system options, pricing, and financing.
• Perform basic system sizing and documentation.
• Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Available to go on two to three calls per day to accommodate customer availability.
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead generation activities including attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.
• Complete all necessary paperwork (agreements, finance documents, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes, rebate forms).
