One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated HVAC Community Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist in Ogden, Utah. The role focuses on canvassing neighborhoods, building relationships with homeowners and partners, and generating qualified appointments for our comfort advisors.

The position offers multiple lead-generation channels, a marketing budget, and performance-based compensation with earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Motivated, outgoing, and self-disciplined individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being rewarded based on results rather than hours worked.
• No HVAC experience is required. We will teach you the industry, our services, and how to identify potential customer opportunities.
• We’re looking for someone who can start conversations with strangers, stay positive and professional, and consistently follow up to track results.

Responsibilities

• Introduce homeowners and community partners to our heating and air conditioning services while generating qualified appointments for our comfort advisors.
• Lead-generation opportunities include neighborhood canvassing, distributing promotional materials, yard signs, home shows and community events, and building relationships with referral partners.
• Manage a company-provided community marketing budget and track leads, appointments, activities, and results.
• Represent the company professionally at community events and develop creative grassroots marketing campaigns.
• Compensation details: ensure qualified appointments and commissions are discussed during interviews.
