Job summary

The HVAC Supervisor role at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is a leadership position overseeing HVAC and plumbing operations for diverse facilities in support of government contracts. You will supervise technicians, plan staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with DoD/Navy and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will possess an HVAC license or Level III certification, EPA 608, and NATE credentials, with 4+ years of progressive experience and strong

Qualifications

• Must hold valid HVAC license or Level III certification.
• Must possess Senior Level Efficiency Analyst NATE Certification.
• Must possess an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Four years of progressive experience across multiple HVAC system types if Level III path.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily HVAC and plumbing operations, maintenance, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to qualified HVAC technicians and mechanics.
• Oversee residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, including DDC controls, steam boilers, oil combustion, and plumbing systems.
• Plan staffing, maintenance schedules, work assignments, and priorities for reliable performance.
• Monitor system performance and safety compliance; implement corrective actions.
