Responsibilities

• Manage, train and direct the operations of the HVAC technicians.
• Coordinate with the comfort advisor to assist in the sales process.
• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoot malfunctions.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage, train and direct the operations of the HVAC technicians
• Coordinate with the comfort advisor to assist in the sales process
• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 6+ years prior successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
