This position will be a lead HVAC technician, performing service, repair, and maintenance independently on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus is required. Excellent communication and mentoring skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years HVAC technician experience.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and safety check and present to the customer
• Create estimates to solve customers issues
• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Honest evaluation and root cause analysis of customer needs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Clean driving record
