You will supervise residential and commercial HVAC service and installation, set safety and quality standards, and drive profitability while building a strong team.

Qualifications

• Lead residential and commercial HVAC operations across IL/WI.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, codes and refrigerant handling.
• Solutions-driven and personally accountable for results.
• Own job costing, scheduling and margin accountability.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the department's HVAC service and installation operations.
• Lead scheduling, performance and technician development.
• Maintain Edelman quality standards on all jobs.
• Manage job costing, estimates and department margin.
• Resolve issues on-site to protect customer trust.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance across locations.
