Job summary

Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is seeking an HVAC Manager to lead department operations across Illinois and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will own the HVAC service and installation process while managing and developing the team of technicians.

Strong candidates will possess the EPA Section 608 Certification and deep technical expertise in HVAC systems. This position offers a competitive salary between $100,000–$130,000 yearly along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing residential and/or commercial HVAC operations.
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and refrigerant handling.
• Willingness to support multiple locations across our Illinois and Wisconsin service area.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of HVAC service and installation operations.
• Manage technician scheduling, performance, and development.
• Enforce safety protocols and code requirements.
