Job summary

Reed Restaurant Repair is seeking an Office Manager to own daily operations for a busy commercial kitchen service provider in the Denver metro area.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the full employee lifecycle, and drive successful billing and dispatch processes to keep service levels high. This on-site role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management or service coordination in HVAC/foodservice.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage HR tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly operations meetings focusing on revenue, AR, and staffing.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including hiring, evaluations, raises, and terminations.
• Roll out and train users on Field Service Management software.
• Protect customer relationships with proactive service and issue resolution.
• Coordinate dispatch, quotes, and parts to keep operations smooth.
