Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Service Operations Manager to oversee the service department and technicians, coordinating activities to deliver outstanding customer service and brand recognition. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and operational excellence.

The candidate should have a proven HVAC technical background, high energy, and excellent communication skills to guide the operations team and ensure strategic goals are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company.
• O6A License Required.
• HVAC/R Technical Background.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with management and conflict resolution.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full financial for operations
• Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team
• Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution
• Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients
• Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team
• Develop training plan for service support team
• Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group
• Evaluate and perform annual reviews
• Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized
• Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities
• Cover in absence of the next level managers
• Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations
