Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project management is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate multiple project activities to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as main communication link between management, field teams, and customers.
• Schedule installation and service technicians by project priorities.
• Utilize scheduling, purchasing, and reporting software to manage operations.
• Assist in HVAC system design and installation processes.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, and performance coaching when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Work across office, warehouse, and onsite construction sites as needed.
