• Earn 5% Monthly incentive paid on all billable work performed. In addition, sales leads forwarded to our Installation division will earn 3% of the sale.

Qualifications

• Perform residential Oil & HVAC service calls.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Ask the right questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Own professional set of tools.
• Knowledge of Gas & A/C service a plus. Not required.
