Job summary

Rowell’s Services is hiring an HVAC Oil and Gas PM Technician. You’ll perform preventative maintenance on residential systems, including oil and gas boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps, while keeping customers informed and professional.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for solving problems.

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including oil and gas boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Inspect, clean, and tune burners, heat exchangers, ignition systems, and safety controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Replace filters, belts, nozzles, and other consumable components as needed during maintenance visits.
• Check combustion analysis
• Identify and document potential repair needs or system deficiencies during PM visits.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Maintain your company vehicle — clean, stocked, and ready for the next call.
• Represent Rowell’s Services with a professional appearance and attitude.
