Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Manager II, HVAC to lead a team of KAMs and GAMs across North America. You will drive revenue growth, develop multi-year account plans, and engage with senior OEM leaders to establish Littelfuse as a preferred partner.

Role requires 10+ years in HVAC/R sales with 3–5 years of people management, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency with Salesforce. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in HVAC/R with 3–5 years of direct people management.
• Deep HVAC/R system design knowledge: rooftop units, AHUs, chillers, heat pumps, boilers, refrigeration racks.
• Proven track record selling electrical protection, controls, and sensing components to HVAC OEM teams.
• Experience leading a sales team to achieve revenue quotas and drive design-wins.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.
• Understanding of UL (248, 508A, 943), NEC, ASHRAE 15/34, A2L refrigerant requirements.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Travel up to 50% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of KAMs across North America.
• Set targets and account ownership aligned to HVACR AOP.
• Coach KAMs with pipeline reviews and strategy sessions.
• Develop talent plans and ramp new KAMs as the organization scales.
• Build a high-performance culture with solution-selling focus.
• Coordinate with Director, OEM Sales — EII, Americas on planning and investments.
