Job summary

Anderson Air seeks a New Construction Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the new construction division. You will own P&L performance, drive estimating and bidding, and ensure high-quality work across warehouse, procurement, set-out, and field teams.

Build strong builder relationships and enforce safety standards on-site. Expect responsibility for staffing efficiency, training, and timely project delivery while coordinating with design/layout teams and service operations to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in construction operations management, HVAC/new construction or related field.
• Proven experience owning P&L performance, budgets, and departmental outcomes.
• Experience leading estimating, bidding, and margin analysis processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multiple teams or functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee department operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Own P&L performance, budgets, and labor/material allocation; manage costs.
• Lead estimating and bidding, including takeoffs and margin analysis; ensure timely submissions.
• Meet with layout/design teams to approve plans and confirm site layouts with builders.
• Oversee quality control, scheduling, and field operations; resolve on-site issues.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and foster safe, compliant work environment.
