Job summary

Anderson Air is seeking a New Construction Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the new construction division, owning performance from estimating to job execution and quality control. You will build relationships with builders and stakeholders, drive P&L, and oversee warehouse, procurement, set-out, duct install, and field foremen.

This role sets the pace and standard for the department, ensuring jobs are estimated accurately, staffed efficiently, and delivered to a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in construction operations management.
• Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience.
• Experience leading estimating, bidding, and margin analysis.
• Ability to lead multiple teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Strong builder/customer relationship management, including escalations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department operations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Own P&L, budgets, and labor/material allocation.
• Lead estimating, bidding, and margin analysis; ensure timely estimates.
• Oversee layout/design with builders and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage field operations, scheduling, and quality control with site visits.
• Lead daily and weekly team meetings to align priorities.
• Oversee warehouse and procurement activities.
