Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer in Marlton, NJ to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment on commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.

The role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and document all service activities while adhering to CBRE safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine actions for modifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and keep accurate service records.
• Operate company vehicles as needed for daily tasks.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex HVAC issues and guide others.
• Share knowledge about HVAC systems and disciplines with teammates.
• Lead by example and help build consensus within the CBRE team.
• Explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure efficient task completion.
