Job summary

Commercial Air Systems is seeking an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Foreman to lead our commercial HVAC and mechanical construction teams. You will oversee field crews, coordinate schedules, and work closely with project managers and general contractors to deliver high-quality, on-time work.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience.
• Proven success leading large field teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and mechanical field crews.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, and daily jobsite operations.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to CAS quality standards.
• Mentor foremen and field personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship.
