Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Mechanical or Architectural Engineering program.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D modeling using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Coursework related to building systems (HVAC) preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Interest in learning building systems design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks related to mechanical system design.
• Learn HVAC, plumbing and fire protection concepts.
• Collaborate with the design team and apply engineering principles.
• Become proficient with Autodesk Revit.
• Perform basic engineering calculations.
• Assist in studies and surveys and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Travel to project sites and assist with existing condition surveys.
