Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in HVAC/construction, CAD proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Not a remote position; relocation or commuting required.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3+ years HVAC/construction experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles and codes; able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to deliver design solutions.
• Analyze customer specs to determine mechanical designs.
• Assist with budgets, pre-contract designs, and presentations.
• Lead the system design process from concept through completion and permit readiness.
• Prepare installation details and O&M documents.
• Conduct site surveys and support quality control.
