Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections of refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot and repair heating units including boilers.
• Maintain and repair steam traps and pressure-reducing valves.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
