This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, & air conditioning equipment ranging from 0.5 to 150 ton capacity, hot water boiler systems, commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, commercial & domestic ice machines, air compressors, pneumatic controls, & energy management systems.
This position is designated Mandatory and requires reporting or staying over during adverse weather events.
Salary Grade NC10 Recruitment Range: $41,655.00 - $72,897.00
Position 60038531 - Maintenance - Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), with weekends, holidays, and evenings after 4:00 pm as necessary; emergency or inclement weather callback. Required to perform on-call duties as primary or secondary on-call staff.
