Job summary

FE304 LLC in Philadelphia seeks a mechanically oriented technician to join our in-house HVAC and maintenance team. You will learn commercial HVAC repair, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, and work on our privately owned properties.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) with company match, and a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our in-house HVAC and maintenance team across Philadelphia properties.
• Troubleshoot RTUs, cooling towers, boilers, and related equipment.
• Service and maintain company fleet vehicles.

We'll teach you the HVAC trade—from the basics of commercial HVAC repair to advanced troubleshooting, installation, boilers, cooling towers, and more. If you're comfortable using a multimeter, diagnosing problems, and working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia.

We manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including:

• Office buildings
• Medical offices
• Schools
• Community facilities
• Commercial spaces

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be troubleshooting an RTU, the next repairing a cooling tower, servicing a boiler, or helping maintain one of our fleet vehicles.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in fixing things the right way.
