Job summary

Watchtower Property Co. is seeking a mechanically inclined technician to enter the HVAC field and grow with our in-house maintenance team in Philadelphia. You will learn commercial HVAC repair, troubleshooting, and installation across boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and electrical meters.
• Reliable transportation to our main facility (Philadelphia, PA 19129).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work on ladders.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Treats buildings and equipment as if their own.

Responsibilities

• Become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties in Philadelphia.
• Manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including offices, medical offices, schools, community facilities and other spaces.
• Troubleshoot RTUs, repair cooling towers, service boilers, and assist with fleet vehicles as needed.
• Diagnose problems and fix them promptly to keep buildings running smoothly.
• Support ongoing upgrades and preventive maintenance across sites.

We'll teach you the HVAC trade—from the basics of commercial HVAC repair to advanced troubleshooting, installation, boilers, cooling towers, and more. If you're comfortable using a multimeter, diagnosing problems, and working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia.

We manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including:

• Office buildings
• Medical offices
• Schools
• Community facilities
• Commercial spaces

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be troubleshooting an RTU, the next repairing a cooling tower, servicing a boiler, or helping maintain one of our fleet vehicles.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in fixing things the right way.
