• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions and heights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service HVAC commercial systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning heating and cooling systems.
• Recommend services, service contracts and equipment units.
• Help train HVAC helpers.

J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. of Newark, DE is looking to hire a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician to maintain and service HVAC commercial systems. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning heating and cooling systems. Recommend services, service contracts and equipment units in commercial buildings such as businesses, schools, churches, and multi-family units, as well as help train HVAC helpers. The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will earn up to $55/hr. for an excellent, well experience and senior level technician. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
