Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic in Montpelier, VT (Federal Building). The role offers a union position with hourly pay of $40.00 plus $7.00 health & welfare per hour for up to 40 hours per week, and a benefits package including vacation, sick leave, holidays and a pension plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Repair and operate complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Meet union employment terms and safety standards.

Brief Description

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic in Montpelier, VT (Federal Building).

Hourly pay rate: $40.00 per hour. Health & Welfare Hourly Pay: $7.00 per hour (up to 40 hours per week). This full-time union position offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
• Must possess or be able to obtain the N.A.T.E. certification.
