LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract to maintain, repair, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse, Charlotte NC. This position requires expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining optimal indoor air quality.
Working Schedule: Monday through Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm.
