A minimum of ten years of experience in HVAC diagnostics and repairs is essential, along with at least three years of experience in training technicians or leading a team. Effective communication skills are crucial for liaising with high-profile clients, showcasing professionalism in both appearance and interactions.

Proficiency in touch typing at a minimum of 40 words per minute is required, alongside a strong command of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with HVAC industry scheduling and estimating software will enhance your efficiency in project management. Additionally, a Universal EPA License is mandatory, with HVAC certifications , ensuring that our team not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
