One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician in Murray/Sandy, UT. This full-time role pays $24.00–$28.00 per hour plus spiffs, with a paid path to Service Tech and a take-home van.

Locally owned and veteran-owned, the company offers growth and stability. You will perform maintenance on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, enroll homeowners in maintenance memberships, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship) or HVAC trade school completion.
• EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal if you don't have it.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team
• Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
• Wear floor savers in the client's home
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
• Drive and work safely, every day
