Qualifications

• Residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred, or strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• EPA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to explain technical info in simple terms.
• Dependable, organized and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance for members (filters, coils, checks).
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, manager, and customers.
• Provide friendly service to retain members.
