Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Residential HVAC maintenance technician to service our membership clients with routine maintenance including filter changes, coil cleanings, and performance checks.

You will communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, keep your van organized, document work, and help identify system issues while representing the Peaden brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred, or strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• EPA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to explain technical info in simple terms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance for our membership clients (filter changes, coil cleanings, performance checks, etc.)

• Communicate clearly and kindly with dispatch, your manager, and customers

• Provide friendly, respectful service that keeps members renewing year after year

• Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized

• Document all work performed accurately and professionally

• Spot potential system issues and share your findings with the team

• Represent the Peaden brand with pride and professionalism

Who We Want:

• HVAC techs with basic experience-or hard workers ready to learn

• EPA certification preferred, but not required

• You enjoy working with people and can explain things in simple terms

• You're dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a winning team

• You want full-time hours with a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule

• You live within 30 miles of Fort Walton Beach, FL
