Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience required.
• HVAC-related certification or technical training preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Routine HVAC maintenance on residential systems.
• System inspections to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Filter replacement and coil cleaning; ductwork checks.
• Performance testing of temperatures, pressures, and airflow.
• Clear communication of system conditions to homeowners.
