Job summary

Call The Bee in New Haven is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair residential HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and code compliance. You’ll inspect equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or similar role.
• Valid CT HVAC License (B2 / D2 / S2, etc).
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HVAC System Maintenance & Repairs in residential homes.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics of HVAC issues.
• Preventative Maintenance: filters, cleaning, testing equipment.
• Customer Interaction: explain issues and solutions.
• System Efficiency: recommend energy-efficient solutions.
• Read & Interpret Technical Diagrams for installation or troubleshooting.
• Code Compliance with national/local HVAC regulations.
• Record Keeping with Service Titan for repairs and service calls.
• Safety Compliance and professional customer service.
