Job Responsibilities

• HVAC System Maintenance & Repairs– maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homes
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics– Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficiencies
• Preventative Maintenance– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Customer Interaction– Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systems
• System Efficiency– Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency
• Read & Interpret Technical Diagrams– Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properly
• Code Compliance– Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systems
• Record Keeping– UseService Titansoftware to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
• Safety Compliance– Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standards
• Customer Service– Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitude

Qualifications

• Experience– 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar role
• License– Valid HVAC License in CT - B2 / D2 / S2, etc
• Technical Expertise– Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipment
• Service Software– Experience withService Titanor similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills– Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Attention to Detail– Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused– A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude
• Driver’s License– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
