Jarboe's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join a supportive, high-performing team delivering high-quality residential service. You will perform tune-ups, inspections, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining a clean vehicle and ongoing training.

Kentucky Journeyman license and EPA 608 certification are required, with ServiceTitan experience a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay in the $25–$28 range plus bonus potential, plus

• 1-2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License Required.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred).
• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus).
• Basic HVAC tools in possession.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call.
• Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.

• Basic HVAC tools in possession
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
