Job summary
Jarboe's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join a supportive, high-performing team delivering high-quality residential service. You will perform tune-ups, inspections, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining a clean vehicle and ongoing training.

Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License Required.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred).
- NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus).
- Basic HVAC tools in possession.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision.
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call.
- Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
- Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development.
