Qualifications

• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License required.
• 2-3+ years of plumbing service/troubleshooting experience, residential experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-Star Service to every client, every time.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work with dispatchers to best serve client needs.
• Perform top-quality plumbing repairs and installations and educate clients on their systems.
• Work in a safety conscious environment.
• Complete paperwork easily with state-of-the-art tablets and operating systems.
• Assist clients with warranty programs and warranty processing tasks.

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering top-tier service and providing clients with an experience they’ll rave about. From service calls and maintenance to parts replacements, your mission is simple perform at your best and make our clients’ day.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License Required
• 2-3+ years of plumbing service/ troubleshooting experience, residential experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair skills
• At least two years of hands-on experience in plumbing
• ServiceTitan Experience Preferred
