Job Overview

Jolly Plumbing Drains Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and install heating and cooling systems. The position is full‑time, located in Wilder, KY (41076). Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, with bi‑weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and an 8‑hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and install heating and cooling systems.
• Communicate with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain truck and inventory cleanliness and accuracy.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and driving record.
• Engage in training and pursue relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience (Required).
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
