Qualifications

• HVAC and related mechanical systems experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools like Word and Excel.
• Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems, including units over 500 tons.
• Monitor system performance, record readings, and adjust as needed for optimal operation.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor oversight.
• Support team members with multi-faceted tasks beyond HVAC, showing flexibility and collaboration.
