Job summary

Associa is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation, with an emphasis on refrigeration fundamentals and service proficiency.

You will perform installations, system upgrades, and component servicing, reclaim and recharge tasks, while working independently and with colleagues to meet service goals. Uniforms are provided and indoor work is common.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in refrigeration and HVAC.
• Experience in maintenance and installation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately.

Responsibilities
