Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an HVAC Technician in Phoenix to perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and controls, within the Facilities Operations team. The role emphasizes safety, quality service, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair and maintenance of HVAC systems and components.
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic system safety practices.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians and engineers.
• Familiarity with codes, standards and building systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and related electrical/pneumatic components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation while following codes and safety standards.
• Educate and coach Lead Engineers, Facility Engineers, and Technicians as directed by supervisors.
• Identify and mitigate risks of energized work, heights, and confined spaces using proper PPE.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and maintaining service quality.
