Rocket Cooling is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach area. Dispatch from home with weekly Port Saint Lucie office meetup. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and communicate findings to customers with professional, five-star service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate digital documentation.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital inspection forms.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily route.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups.
• Complete detailed system inspections and identify potential concerns before they become breakdowns.
• Clean, inspect, and test HVAC equipment to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Document in ServiceTitan with notes, measurements, and recommendations.
• Capture before and after photos to document work and communicate system condition.
• Present maintenance reports to customers and explain findings clearly.
• Educate customers on system condition and recommended repairs or improvements.
• Renew Rocket Cooling maintenance memberships and explain value of preventive maintenance.
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings to customers and office.
• Maintain accurate job records in ServiceTitan and organize equipment.
• Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience on every visit.
• Participate in on-call rotation when needed.

This is a field-based position serving the Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach areas. Technicians dispatch directly from home and are only required to attend one scheduled office meeting per week at our Port Saint Lucie location.

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough residential HVAC maintenance and tune‑ups
• Complete detailed system inspections and identify potential concerns before they become breakdowns
• Clean, inspect, and test HVAC equipment to maximize reliability and efficiency
• Complete detailed digital inspection forms in ServiceTitan with accurate notes, measurements, and recommendations
• Capture before and after photos to document your work and clearly communicate system condition to the customer
• Present completed maintenance reports to customers, explaining your findings in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
• Educate customers on the condition of their system and recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate
• Actively discuss and renew Rocket Cooling maintenance memberships while helping customers understand the value of ongoing preventative maintenance
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings clearly to customers and the office
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document completed maintenance, upload photos, and maintain accurate job records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
• Deliver a professional, five‑star customer experience on every visit
• Participate in an on‑call rotation when needed

What We’re Looking For
