Job summary

Rocket Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity
• Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and recommended solutions
• Perform system replacements and assist with installations when needed
• Maintain proper documentation using ServiceTitan software
• Ensure company vehicles remain clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
