Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise in Sandy, UT is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on residential furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps and to help grow our membership program.

We offer paid training through One Hour's Success Academy, a take-home service van, company phone/tablet, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement to Service Tech. Competitive pay and year-round hours with no layoffs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC experience (maintenance, installation) or HVAC trade school completion.
• EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team.
• Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program.
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job.
• Wear floor savers in the client's home; maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle.
• Drive and work safely, every day.

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Sandy, Murray, and the surrounding area. Maintenance techs are the front line of our membership program, and the people we promote to Service Tech.

$24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus membership and accessory spiffs.
