One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned, veteran-owned franchise expanding in Sandy and Murray, UT. This HVAC Maintenance Technician role focuses on maintenance, tune-ups, and promoting our membership program.

You'll advance along a defined path from Maintenance Tech to Service Tech, with paid training through One Hour's Success Academy, plus spiffs, take-home van, and company phone. Year-round hours and an owner who knows your name support your growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship)
• HVAC trade school completion
• EPA 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you obtain Universal
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team
• Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
• Drive and work safely, every day

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Sandy, Murray, and the surrounding area. Maintenance techs are the front line of our membership program, and the people we promote to Service Tech.

What You'll Do

• Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team

• Wear floor savers in the client's home
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
• Drive and work safely, every day

What You Bring

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship) or HVAC trade school completion
• EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal if you don't have it
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record
  

$24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus membership and accessory spiffs.
