One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ramsey, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain residential HVAC systems. The role focuses on performing on-site maintenance calls, diagnosing issues, and delivering excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience as a maintenance technician or as an apprentice, with a valid driver’s license and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year as a maintenance technician or apprentice preferred.
Ability to run maintenance calls and diagnose issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and teamwork are a must.
Valid driver’s license with clean record; boiler experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance calls and service visits for HVAC systems.
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and related components.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.
