Responsibilities

1. Operate, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, fixtures, and other systems within a facility. Maintain facilities to operate at maximum capacity and lifespan, ensuring energy efficiency and safety. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and asset history. Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas.
2. Perform ongoing preventive and reactive maintenance work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other systems and equipment.
3. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interior/exterior elements related to assigned buildings.
4. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
5. Respond effectively to emergencies.
6. Prepare reports on conditions found during work and recommend actions.
7. Familiarize with equipment, building automation, fire/life safety, and related systems.
8. Follow all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and recognize hazards.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, and ordinances.
10. Be available for on-call duties and overtime as needed.
11. Attend training seminars and complete safety training monthly.
12. Perform operational tasks typical of the Mobile Engineer role.
13. Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
14. Complete all required training and timecards timely.
15. Stay updated with Corrigo Work Orders.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• At least four years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and system design.
• Tools provided for work scope.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Willingness for on-call duties and overtime.
• Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
• Ability to read schematics.
