What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.

• Educate homeowners about the condition of their equipment and provide comfort-focused recommendations.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, teammates, and customers.

• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using integrated software (we use ServiceTitan!).

• Present yourself professionally—appearance, attitude, and communication matter here.

• Participate in regular training to grow your technical and customer service skills.

• Represent the J&J brand with pride and positivity in every home you visit.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in HVAC maintenance, mechanical work, general construction, or related fields

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we’ll support you!)

• Someone who’s organized, dependable, and enjoys solving problems

• A positive, humble attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow

• Strong communication skills—you know how to talk with customers and teammates with respect
