Primary Purpose

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the trusted professional who ensures customer satisfaction through expert maintenance and diagnosis of residential HVAC systems. You’ll deliver top‑tier service with integrity, professionalism, and a smile—no installation work required!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct seasonal maintenance and system inspections (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant‑related HVAC issues
• Educate homeowners on system operation and energy‑saving practices
• Keep detailed, accurate records of services and materials used
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on every job site
• Stay informed on emerging HVAC technology and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (preferably residential)
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
• Physical requirements: comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor areas; able to safely operate ladders and hand/power tools.
