Job summary

Veteran Air in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform preventative work on residential systems, using ServiceTitan to document service activity.

You will follow safety regulations, uphold HVAC codes, and educate customers on system care while representing the company with a professional demeanor and commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge is required.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and provide customers with recommended solutions.
• Follow daily schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain detailed service records.
• Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems.
• Use ServiceTitan software to track maintenance work and document system conditions.
• Maintain compliance with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance.
